Price: $0.387835 to $0.566899 (▲46.17%)
Volume: $7,379,980 to $29,136,100 (▲294.79%)
Cap: $68,073,090 to $99,434,085 (▲46.07%)
WaykiChain launched its mainnet in May this year and its price has taken a large hit since, going back down to the levels that it was at prior to the mainnet hype.
There does not seem to be any fundamental announcement or technical development to catalyse the price run up that we are seeing today. It could just be that investors think that WICC is undervalued right now.
Loom Network (LOOM)
Price: $0.137831 to $0.161525 (▲17.19%)
Volume: $1,790,460 to $9,109,610 (▲408.78%)
Cap: $84,628,440 to $97,533,021 (▲15.24%)
Loom Network’s SDK has been put to use by many developers and companies alike. Many new games and Dapps are being launched on the network. Loom is also hosting a hackathon soon and we would be able to expect more new Dapps that will have its inception there.
The price of LOOM, has been strongly trending downwards since it’s highs in early May. Investors who like the project are able to get in now at a very cheap discount, which might be the reason for the price perk up today.
Theta Token (THETA)
Price: $0.117152 to $0.131715 (▲12.43%)
Volume: $8,688,320 to $16,493,900 (▲89.83%)
Cap: $78,058,358 to $87,445,943 (▲12.02%)
Theta Token has been trending down ever since it got pumped up because of news of its Binance listing. Similar to the coins we covered above, one reason for the price jump might just be that THETA is being seen as undervalued after trending down for quite some time.
The increase in volume looks promising for a THETA rebound, but the overall market still needs to start looking more bullish before we can expect to see some of these alts really have a run up.
All Sports (SOC)
Price: $0.045503 to $0.066326 (▲45.76%)
Volume: $10,921,700 to $36,700,500 (▲236.03%)
Cap: $39,938,081 to $57,307,531 (▲43.49%)
It isn’t surprising to see a sports-related project seeing a price surge during the World Cup period. That being said, the price of SOC has also been trending down very hard, much like the other coins we have covered today.
Similarly, SOC is seeing a volume and price increase and it looks promising for a potential rebound after coming down so sharply. At the same time, the overall cryptocurrency market will be a strong determining factor for whether SOC can gain upward momentum or not.
Price: $0.004968 to $0.006522 (▲31.27%)
Volume: $1,017,280 to $7,879,480 (▲674.56%)
Cap: $40,465,592 to $52,345,369 (▲29.35%)
STQ is another promising project which is seeing a sharp rebound after a period of downtrend. Storiqa seems to have a lot of community support when we look at their social media engagement numbers. For example, their tweets garner a lot of likes and retweets that we do not see in that of many other projects.
Keep a lookout for a potential strong rebound of STQ as the Beta version of their MVP crypto market place is already live.
